Manifesto
Your files should never leave your desk.
I
Your documents are private.
A contract, a passport scan, a medical letter, a payslip. The files we edit are the most personal things we own — and for years the only way to change them online was to upload them to someone else's computer.
We think that's backwards. edityour brings the tools to your files instead. Every edit, signature and compression happens inside your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Nothing is stored. Close the tab and it is gone.
II
An edit should be invisible.
Changing a date or a figure should not leave fingerprints of a different font, a misaligned baseline or a white box hiding the old words. The Studio reuses your document's own glyphs, spacing and colour, so a correction reads as if it were always there.
III
Quiet is a feature.
No pop-ups. No upload queues. No advertising pretending to be a download button. A tool should feel like a well-made pen: it disappears in your hand and leaves only the work behind.
IV
Free should mean free.
Every tool is free, without watermarks or sign-up walls. Membership exists for people who live in documents — and it pays for craftsmanship, not for access to your data.
